After 23 years of owning and operating Motels and Management Rights businesses, I moved into the Business Brokering arena. I have significant experience in Freeholds and Leases and have a sound understanding of the requirements needed to be successful in this specialised industry sector.

 Understanding the necessary components including financial, legal and operational aspects are absolutely paramount when assisting Vendors with the sale of their business. 

Much of what is required to succeed in the tourism accommodation sector is also applicable in most other types of business operations and Il use my knowledge and experience to help facilitate successful sales of a wide variety of business sales.

My focus is to continue to build a significant business database and network from which I can offer advice and guidance to both business vendors and purchasers.
